The dedicated and professional team at our home are committed to providing quality support focused on the needs of the individual. We believe in a personalised approach and everyone living at the Old Vicarage has their own person-centred plan which is reviewed regularly. Our aim is to provide the highest quality support enabling individuals to build on skills, live more independently and to reach their goals. When someone first comes to us for support, we will assess and identify the individual's needs and how we can best assist them. We can also offer day support to people who need it, this support is tailored to the needs of the individuals
