Unreservedly recommend Aspect360's Colin Pemble
We were convinced that our umpteenth planning application to build 3 houses in a Bristol suburb would fail. We are in a Bristol conservation area and adjacent to a National Trust property. However, by employing a brilliant young architect (who works closely with Colin), Tom Futcher of 105 West, who advised us to employ Colin for his planning law expertise - we finally won out! Having been employed as an Urban Designer at Bristol City Council, we couldn't have found anyone better to take on our case and present it to the city's planning Dept. Colin is very personable and good at explaining complex issues in laymen's terms. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to you as an expert in his field. PS The land is still available for sale!
