Very bad management and communication skills
I signed up for through Groupon for a very good deal that this company organised, however they were not equipped for the volume of recipients and should not have advertised the quantity of vouchers if they could not cope with it. All in all very poorly managed, communicated and poor customer service, eventually they just stopped answering the phones.
